Compute Is Scaling. Power Delivery Isn’t.

For decades, the semiconductor industry has focused on scaling compute - more transistors, higher performance, better architectures. But beneath this progress lies a growing constraint that is harder to see and harder to solve: power delivery.

Today, power conversion still sits far away from the silicon it serves. Voltage regulators and inductors remain discrete, bulky, and inefficient. As compute density increases - especially in AI systems - this separation introduces losses, thermal challenges, and system complexity.

In fact, the problem is no longer marginal. It is structural.

EnaChip is addressing this constraint at its root. By bringing magnetics to the wafer level, power delivery can move closer to the load - reducing losses, shrinking footprint, and enabling faster, more responsive systems.

This is not just an incremental improvement. It is a shift in architecture.

As compute continues to scale, the systems that succeed will not just be faster - they will be more efficiently powered.
